uPVC Fascias

uPVC FasciasuPVC Fascias

Definition:
A Fascia is thefront facing surface of trim on a house above the soffit but below the roofline. Exterior horizontal visible flat front trim board that caps the rafter tail ends and runs horizontally across the ends of the roof rafters ends, creating the "edge" of the roof.

Functionality:
For the last century, the vast majority of properties built in the UK have been designed and structured with Fascias boards (that join the gutter to the wall) and soffits (the flat board below the fascia) in mind, so most properties simply NEED a fascia.

Why should I choose uPVC fasicas and uPVC roofline over Wooden Fascias?

uPVC is one of the most popular choices in the UK today with 85% of buildings benefiting from this cost effective, highly durable, environmentally friendly, safe, secure and robust product. It is now widely recognised that the maintenance burden and the technical performance of timber, especially for roofline, is no longer acceptable when compared with uPVC. UPVC roofline will not rot, warp, bend or discolour. For more information please click here.

Is uPVC environmentally friendly?
